HS Zimbabwe determination removed from AIT website

Since I posted last night about the outcome of the HS (Zimbabwe) test case (we lost) the AIT seems to have removed the determination from its website. However, by clicking here you can get hold of a copy I downloaded earlier, in the finest Blue Peter fashion.

I suspect that the determination has not officially been ‘promulgated’ (a lovely word the Tribunal like to use for formally issuing their decisions) but ended up being posted on the website automatically through some obscure AIT internal process.

I once had a client who was notified about the outcome of her case via the internet when it was published there, before the Tribunal had troubled themselves to send it to her in the post. It was rather a rude way to be notified that you are going to be removed from the country. There have been other instances of this, and I suspect this is another example. I hope the appellant and her team already knew the outcome before this leaked out.
