It should be pointed out that that figure is only from July 2013 until the end of December 2013. There as been many more decisions put on hold in the 2.5 months since then. As an estimate the average monthly figure would give approximately another 1500 families put on hold of which we are one. So the figure is now likely to be about 4500 families.
