Jean Lambert MEP has published a factsheet on the legal rights of EU nationals currently living in the UK. Written by Colin Yeo, barrister at Garden Court Chambers, it answers several of the most commonly-asked questions in these uncertain times following the vote to leave the European Union (‘Brexit’). The factsheet can be downloaded here.

Hard copies are available from Jean’s constituency office on request.

I had previously published a link to this factsheet but must somehow have deleted it later – I just discovered it had vanished from the website. Sorry about that!
