Welcome to the slightly belated December 2014 edition of the Free Movement immigration update podcast.  As you might expect, the material for the podcast is drawn from blog posts on Free Movement for the month of December 2014.

I start by going through some casework and case law updates and then look at some policy developments. December wasn’t as busy as some other months so I’ve added at the end an extract from a podcast interview I recently recorded with Jawaid Luqmani on the subject of urgent injunction applications. The full version is available as part of the urgent injunction training course for members, which I have also just been updating with some worked examples.

If you would like to claim CPD points for reading the material and listening to this podcast or want to learn more about urgent injunction applications, sign up here. The course and quiz will be available shortly.

If you listen to podcasts on your mobile phone, you can subscribe for free via iTunes here, Stitcher here or point your podcast player to podcast feed for Free Movement. Using a mobile device and subscribing has the advantage that each new podcast can be automatically downloaded for listening to on the go.
