The twelfth edition of the HJT Training Immigration Manual is now available in hard copy and for Kindle. The hard copy is priced at £70.50 and can be ordered directly from the HJT Training website. The Kindle version is priced at £41.20 and can be ordered here from Amazon.
The latest edition includes new material on, amongst other things, Appendix FM, the new deportation and private life rules, Zambrano and subsequent EU citizenship cases, changes to the Points Based System, the latest fees and forms to use and the newest but selected Supreme Court and Court of Appeal jurisprudence. There is a LOT of new material in there.
For those unfamiliar with the manual, we (Colin is a Director) try to improve it as well as update it every year. This year we have added an index. Simple illustrations and diagrams are used throughout and examples and ‘top tips’ are used to help bring practice points home. The manual is ideal for students and new immigration practitioners but also includes a layer of advanced material that will be useful to even the most experienced immigration practitioner.
Having been responsible for the updating job in previous years, I can report with some relief and much gratefulness that Julian Bild did most of the leg work for this edition. He has done an excellent job.[Update: I’ve just added an Amazon powered bookshop page to the blog. Purchases earn the blog a small referral fee.]
