Meanwhile, Nick Armstrong of Matrix Chambers has been involved in an interesting judicial review case also involving the ETS language testing palaver in which the President of the Upper Tribunal Immigration and Asylum Chamber found that the Home Office had bullied a college into withdrawing a student from his course, which amounted to duress, manipulation of the system and an abuse of power.
